TPM were delighted to have won the tender bid to provide the full mechanical package to this stunning property nestled in the heart of Lincolnshire our scope of works included a ground source heat pump system, full plant room installation, underfloor heating throughout, bore holes, gas back-up system, sanitary system, ventilation systems and much more.
Our focus here is directly on the stunning plant room and renewable energy installation we provided for our client Havercroft Construction where we installed 9no boreholes at 182m in depth directly drilled on a steep gradient within the Lincolnshire Wolds, pipework was then taken over 150m to the pre-designed plant room that TPM spent many hours producing.

Our choice for this fit out was 2no CTC ground source heat pumps with a total capacity output of 48kw installed in cascade with back up 46kw Vaillant gas boiler, once our installation had begun, we constructed the plant room with the upmost professionalism this included all pipework in copper, a fully installed and designed building management system (BMS), ventilation systems and Grundfos pumps throughout.
Upon completion of the pipework our trusted lagging contractors were instructed to install phenolic lagging and isogenopak cladding throughout keeping the maximum efficiency and finalising a stunning installation.
